Medications are individualized to meet our client's needs. Some of the medications we may use include semaglutide, phentermine, phendimetrazine plus others. 

Possible Fees:

• Initial Weight Loss Consultation (this is a one time fee paid on your first visit): $125
• Initial Labs: $130. You may use labs form another facility if within the last 6 months and the fee will be waived. Labs at Wacha's Wellness PLLC will be comprehensive and rule out other possible causes of weight gain. 
• You may pair weight loss and hormone replacement consultation for $175.
• Follow up visits for those NOT using semaglutide are $75/month. (example: those on phentermine)
• Monthly Semaglutide fee:  This includes a month of weekly injections that you can self inject at home or we can do in office. This fee also includes the monthly follow up with the provider. We start at the lowest dose and increase each month to the usual maintenance dose, 1mg. There are two additional doses if needed.

  • 0.5mg    $220/month
  • 1mg        $220/month (usual maintenance dose)
  • 1.7mg     $245/month
  • 2.5mg    $270/month
  • PLEASE NOTE there will be a $25 shipping fee for those wishing to have the medication shipped. Also, if shipping, you may have to receive a 4-8 week supply at a time and will be charged accordingly.
